Relax and unwind in confidence at Blackaddie. Delight in one of our six luxury ensuite rooms in the main house or in our self-contained River Suite, with french doors looking straight out over the beautiful river Nith. All recently renovated to offer you the highest level of comfort, each room has its own individual style from traditional to modern. Most rooms have a view of the river and/or a view of the garden.
Four of our seven rooms have a jacuzzi or roll top bath and a separate walk in shower.
In-room facilities include a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and tea and coffee making facilities. We provide complimentary shortbread and Scottish mineral water.
The hotel also has two electric car charging points available for use by guests at no charge.
River Suite
With french doors leading to a patio overlooking the beautiful waters of the Nith, the River Suite offers all the space and seclusion you need to relax and enjoy your surroundings.
Grouse
The Grouse is our largest room and has a Super King sized four poster bed. It enjoys a dual aspect views over the gardens and river and offers two comfortable sitting areas.
Partridge
The Partridge is a charming, contemporary room. It has a Super King sized bed, enjoys a view over the gardens and has a comfortable sitting area to relax.
Pheasant
The Pheasant is a spacious, luxurious room in a traditional style. It has a Super King Size bed and a gorgeous view over the garden, down to the river beyond.
Mallard
The Mallard is a luxurious and stylish room with a King Size bed. One of our most popular rooms because of the stunning view it offers over the beautiful river Nith.
Ptarmigan
The Ptarmigan is contemporary, bright and spacious room with a Super King sized bed. The ensuite, luxury bathroom has a jacuzzi style bath and separate walk-in rainfall shower.
Snipe
Our most modest double room, the Snipe has a King Size bed and boasts lovely views over the side of the garden.
Glenlivet
The Glenlivet is our most modest room at Blackaddie, it boasts a lovely view over the side of the garden.
Riverside Cottages
Enjoy the best of both worlds in our riverside cottages on the beautiful banks of the river Nith. Easy access to our cosy bar, our gourmet restaurant and our beautiful gardens with the flexibility to self cater when you prefer.
