With your own separate entrance, it boasts a large lounge, with a small kitchen area if you prefer to self cater. The french doors lead to a patio overlooking the beautiful waters of the river Nith.
It has a Super King bed, which can be twinned if preferred.
The spacious bathroom has bath with a shower above.
In-room facilities include a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and small kitchen area. We provide complimentary shortbread and Scottish mineral water.
