Blackaddie Country House Hotel is the perfect venue for that special birthday party, an anniversary party or any get together with family and friends. Although run primarily as a small Country House Hotel and fine dining restaurant, Blackaddie can be booked for exclusive use, meaning you and your guests will have the place to yourselves so you can completely relax and feel at home.

Between our 7 hotel rooms and 2 riverside cottages, we can accommodate groups of up to 22 people as an exclusive use venue.

Set in the idyllic Dumfries and Galloway countryside, Blackaddie House offers you and your guests a secluded getaway where you can enjoy your beautiful surroundings, luxury accommodation, fabulous food and of course each others’ company!

Exclusive use house parties are restricted to a minimum of two nights. We offer a completely tailor made service and pricing for all of our exclusive use clients. So whether you are organising a foodie’s fortieth birthday, a shooting party’s retreat or small romantic wedding, we will create a package and price that suits you.

For 2022, we are offering exclusive use of the hotel for Christmas (3 night minimum).
