Our Blackaddie Hotel menu reflects Scotland’s outstanding natural larder from both land and sea and quality, provenance and freshness is the corner stone of Ian’s philosophy on food. Both menus change daily and we use only fresh products, Scottish whenever and wherever possible with all dishes being made in our own kitchens and only the very best will do.

We have two menus, our normal 5 course fine dining dinner menu which changes daily and a three course TDH menu (which needs to be pre-booked as it is not always available) from which you could have only one course if wished.
