The 9 comfortable and distinctive bedrooms and River Suites at the romantic Blackaddie House Hotel each offer a different aspect, overlooking the gardens and dramatic hills of Dumfries & Galloway.

Single, Double and Twin bedroom accommodation is available as well as a large front facing family room with bath/shower room overlooking the gardens.

All bedrooms are provided with en-suite facilities, complimentary mineral water, homemade shortbread and Scottish tablet, remote control flat screen television sets, tea & coffee making facilities and direct dial telephones.

River Suites

These river suites offer fantastic space with great views and absolute quiet, attached to the hotel they have bathrooms with showers over, large lounge and separate bedrooms, one has one bedroom the other two have two bedrooms that can be made up either as doubles or twins. Each has a fully fitted kitchen if you feel the need to be independent.Our suites over look the river with our Ministers Pool Suite having a magnificent view down the length of the river, great for that romantic getaway.

Room Rates prices per person per night

Family Rooms

A family room is available to sleep up to 5 at £50 per adult plus £20 per child over 5 years old per night. For three adults sharing the rate is £135 per room per night.

The above room rates are per person per night for B&B while the river suites are priced per suite on a B&B basis. All prices quoted throughout this web site are inclusive of 20% VAT.

All rooms and suites have complimentary mineral water homemade shortbread and homemade Scottish tablet.

Short Breaks Scotland

Minimum two night stay price includes room, sumptuous breakfast and a 4 course dinner each night from our daily changing dinner menu. Cancellation Policy:
