being pampered! Sit back and watch an expert cook, learn the tricks of a Michelin Starred Chef, followed by lunch!
Our cookery school classes are held every month and while they are only one day cookery classes why not make a break of it, arrive the night before and enjoy a drinks reception along with a sumptuous 4 course dinner before the cookery class the next day. Stay a second night for a further gastronomic delight.

Day Cookery School Program:
Arrive at 10.00 for a for a cup of coffee and meet your fellow students and discuss the days program ready for a 10.30am start,
10.30am - 1.00: cookery class demonstration.
1.00pm - Lunch where you get to eat the three courses Ian has just demonstrated includes wine and coffee
