Cookery
School
Welcome
Wherever Ian has been
he has always held cookery courses, they have always proved so popular
that the became impossible to get onto as those that were on them
always booked again before anyone else got the chance.
It is our intention to
offer classes as soon as we can, as yet we have no dates set for
these but we hope to start a two/three day cookery course soon,
possibly as soon as June.
Please
contact us to register your interest, if there is sufficient call
for courses they will start as soon as we can get them arranged.
Thoughts
at the moment are:
Arrive
Day one, Arive at
your leisure during the day then a get together early evening for
cocktail reception to meet your fellow participants.
Day
two: AM: Prepare a simple lunch dish and the dessert
for a three course dinner,
then have lunch, this will
be the simple lunch dish we have just previously
prepared
PM: Prepare the starter and the main course for a three course dinner.
Dinner - the food we have been preparing all day
Day
three: (This of course
assumes a three night package is popular)
AM: Morning off, we can't all work all day every day now can we!
PM: Work on two courses for that evenings dinner
Dinner - again what has been prepared throughout the day
Day
Four: Breakfast before
heading off back home to start trying out what you've learnt.
